September vacation, help!?

My Boyfriend, best friend and I were planning on going on a small vacation in September. Prob the 10-15 ish. At first we were talking about going on a cruise but have been on a couple the past 2 years and was thinking of trying something else? We all live in the Central Florida area, and have been around the beaches our whole lives. We are all 24 and 25... Looking to spend prob no more then 1500, does anyone have any suggestions? We have done a cabin in Georgia but thats pretty much it. If we drive we will have to rent a car so please try to keep that in mind in the budget! Thanks for your help!
