Does elevation change your weight?

I'm 13, 5"4' about. I lived in the central vally of california, where the elevation is about 15 ft. And I just moved to a new state and the elevation is 4700 ft. So I weighed myself about two weeks ago (give or take a few days) in CA and I weighed like 124. And then yesterday, I weighed myself (in the higher elevation place) and i weighed 114. Is this from the elevation or did I actually lose 10 pounds??
