In NJ can I get a court ordered license suspension for no insurance reversed?

My auto insurance lapsed in March, for 6 days! I was unaware until I got pulled over, had my vehicle impounded and found out from the cop who call the insurance company! ( He also given billing an dpayment history,but that's not important ) I've been driving almost 30 years without a violation) It was a mistake, and I paid the fine.
