Buying a car, difficult situation. Help please?

Don't let your emotions get you wrapped up around a car. It happens to me, too. Everyone who likes cars does it. But this deal seems fishy... tell him to get the car to you and then you can talk about buying it. It could be a scam, you just don't know. Take it easy, and be safe please!
