Will this airsoft gun be impounded?

Right it's a bolt action l96, which shoots out of the box at 300fps. But take off the velocity reducer inside, and it's 450fps. The gun must be disasembled to do so. Where I live(in Ireland), the legal limit is 330fps. In customs they have been known to take guns out of box and test them through a chrono.(fps-sensor). Will this be brought to me safely?
