Having problem with windows 7 desktop background?

i have windows 7 cracked with chew wga 0.9 but every time i start windows the background colour appears to be black and i am not able to turn it to aero theme but i can change the solid colour to green, yellow etc. Even when i select any aero theme the task bar's colour changes but the background colour remains black.
