What will happen to my friend/me? (Driving w/out license)?

She decided it would be a good idea to drive without a license.. or a permit. It was her friend's car and it was a stick, and she didn't know how to drive it. So she killed it about 12 times at a stop sign, and finally had to just push it to the side of the road. I was there with her. After we got it pulled to the side of the road, we started walking to meet up with the friend who the car belonged to. A cop came and told us where we were pulled over wasn't safe. And since neither of us had ID we gave him our names and birth dates. I gave him my address, but she didn't. Is he going to find out she didn't have a license? Is her friend's car going to be impounded? She gave us permission to drive it, but says she'll claim she didn't if it comes back to her. We live in Oregon btw.
