Just how arrogant can anyone get ..?

He's only 20, earning 100,000 per week! 20 year olds don't know any better but his behaviour is accepted because, like he said when he was stopped by cops with 25,000 pounds, he can. He can because UK law� favours the rich and influential; the obnoxious and the arrogant. This is a case in� point.
