Can i be charged with impersonating a peace officer if...?

the other night i was arrested for having blue headlights in my headlights that flash just blue ones. anyways my truck looks nothing like a police vehicle its an 87 bronco. anyways i was washing my truck in my yard with my lights on which my land is owned by me. a cop pulls up my truck is off and im sitting in my house they knock and ask if my name is such an such so they a neighbor called and said i pulled them over . which me and this neighbor are on first name basis he knows thats my truck and im nothing to do with police anyways i was arrested for obstruction of goverment operations not impersanting so they tow my truck i go to jail. i bond out and a week later i go to get my truck out of impound and im arrested on scene for impersanting a police officer . i bonded out today for impersanating. i have no guns or fake badges or uniforms and i never pulled the guy over or acted like an officer i didnt say im an officer. now do they have a case? can ii be charged? can they arrest me days later on a charge they couldve charged me on that night a week ago? i need some advice thanks for all the help also they didnt talk to any other neighbors or my parents that were in the yard at the time to see if they had enough evidence prior to the arrested.
